Our primary objective is the creation of sustainable value defined as positive results that continue after services are executed. We accomplish this through a unique tri-modality approach integrating strategy, training and coaching. Excelerate partners with organizations and individuals in several ways:

We provide Executive Coaching for Leadership. Executive Coaching provides a long term strategic advantage for corporate leaders. The one-on-one setting of executive coaching provides a safe environment in which thinking can be challenged, and perceived performance/productivity barriers are removed.

We facilitate leadership and communication training to emerging leaders and high-performers. Our programs focus on shifting perspectives, being ‘other’ focused through our communications, and how to avoid destroying trust and damaging credibility through poor communication.

We provide Strategic Development consultation. Our Strategic Workout series combines business planning education, communication training and executive coaching with the tools leaders need to set the goals that will take their business to the next level.

How We Started:

We have proven expertise in marketing and business operations. The founder, Kimberly Gerber, has over 20 years experience leading marketing teams for the Fortune 500 companies including Starbucks Coffee and Fleetwood Enterprises. In 2002, Gerber launched Excelerate in order to help individuals and companies strategically leverage talent in order to increase productivity, satisfaction and profitability.

How we Work:

Excelerate trainers and coaches provide service in a variety of ways. We offer interactive workshops training on-site or in open enrollment format; we provide one-on-one communication and executive coaching and we provide online learning opportunities to elevate distance learning and to help workshop attendees optimize their learning's through ongoing support.

Each of our training and coaching experiences incorporates Interactive exercises. Dynamic exercises are built into our programs so that participants are able to “test-drive� their new skills and receive practical feedback from their peers in a fun and motivating environment. The learning doesn’t end when the workshop is over, we sustain the learning and keep the momentum going with fun and interactive online tools, calls and webinars..
